Our aim is to offer international meals that support health. We believe it is possible to create healthy, yet delicious, high-quality foods. To achieve this, we not only have a professional experienced Michelin Star experienced Chef, but we also have a dietitian.
Janet Malanga, Registered Dietitian
Janet Malanga’s curiosity about the health-food connection inspired her to pursue becoming a registered dietitian while working at the US Consulate in Hong Kong. She completed her internship at Johns Hopkins, passed her dietitian registration exam in June 2019, and maintains a license in the State of Florida.
She has enjoyed speaking engagements at organizations such as the American Club Taipei, Canadian trade office in Taipei, the Rotary Club of Taipei, and the Welcome to Taipei International Club. Janet was the past Taiwan representative of the International Affiliate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
