A: There’s no minimum required, but you must be willing to work full-time in a fast-paced, professional kitchen setting. It’s not a casual cooking course—it’s a deep, transformative experience.


Q: What language is the program conducted in?
A: English is the primary language. You do not need to speak French or Mandarin. Translation support is available for logistics if needed.


Q: Can I work or travel during the mentorship?
A: This is a full-time program. We strongly advise against outside work or long travel during the 5 months, so you can stay focused and get the most out of it.


Q: Where will I live during the program?
A: You’ll stay in a private room with a bathroom, located within our facility in Neihu, Taipei. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the experience without commuting.
