米榭爾布盧MichelBru has been proud to serve our exceptional cuisine in a variety of locations across France, Scotland, and beyond. Our founder and head chef, Michel Bru, has honed his culinary expertise in some of the most renowned establishments in the industry.
Michel has worked at the Palace “Hotel du Crillon,” a two Michelin star restaurant in Paris, France. He has also served as a chef at the Bistro Pasta restaurant in Poitiers, France, where he specialized in Italian cuisine. Additionally, he has worked as a sous-chef at the Balfour Castle in Shapinsay, Orkney Islands, Scotland, where he crafted British and French cuisine.
Michel’s culinary journey has taken him to a variety of settings, including classic restaurants, palaces, care homes, and even a cinema. With each new experience, he has gained valuable insight into the culinary world and continues to create exceptional dishes that tantalize the taste buds and awaken the senses.
