Our Food Company use 2 different service for the delivery of your Weekly Boxes:

1) If you live in Taipei area, we deliver on Mondays with 3 time-slots : 09:00-13:00, 13:00-19:00 or 19:00-21:00. We use the Lalamove service, with dedicated staff that we have duly selected. Most of the time, the same person will deliver your goods. Having the same person is a good way to know the specify of your delivery. You choose a time-slot then our deliver guy will deliver you during this time. Since we have many regular customers, every week can be roughly the same delivery time.

2) If you live outside of Taipei (New Taipei City included), we deliver on Tuesdays and use the Blackcat company. Deliveries on Monday are not possible outside of Taipei because our company is closed on Sunday. We offer 2 time-slots according to Blackcat conditions : 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-19:00

3) If you live in Taipei but want a delivery on Tuesdays, we will use the Blackcat company. We offer 2 time-slots according to Blackcat conditions : 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-19:00.

We use third-companies to process our deliveries so we can deliver you anywhere in Taiwan, and with a refrigerated service.
